- At least 16 years of age
- Your own mode of transportation to/from head office
- Physically fit and able to manually lift 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of working around heavy equipment
- Self-motivated / Self-directed and able to follow instructions
- Organizational skills with strong oral, written and smartphone communication abilities
