Scova Farms, a family-operated agricultural business in Ponoka, Alberta, required significant site development to expand its infrastructure. With a focus on cow comfort and operational efficiency, the project included the installation of a barn pad, silage bunker, new driveway, and the expansion to a 7,000,000-gallon lagoon.

Large-Scale Lagoon Expansion

Managing the expansion of a high-capacity lagoon required precise excavation and grading. We ensured that accurate and efficient dirt work services were provided.

Coordination Across Multiple Installations

Managing the barn pad, silage bunker, driveway, and lagoon projects at the same time required precise planning and execution. With our in-house surveying capabilities and experienced team, we streamlined the process to minimize disruption.

Rural Site Logistics

The remote location required reliable material delivery. Our in-house gravel supply ensured cost-effective and timely delivery, keeping the project on track. As well, our location in Central Alberta allowed us to quickly access the construction site.
